Prior to Owens: At Edgewood, McCall was named All-Fort Ancient Valley Conference (FAVC) junior and senior years for basketball.  Also for basketball, he received District 15 All-Star honors as a senior.  In football he was named Second Team FAVC, during his senior year.

Personal: Kody is the son of Keith and Sheila McCall.  He has one sister, Kasey.
