Prior to Owens: Scarton comes to Owens after a decorated career at point guard at Flat Rock Community High School, where he was named Class B All-Michigan, Basketball Coaches Association of Michigan All-State Team, All-Huron League First Team, two-time Huron League MVP, All-Region, All-West District, DownRiver Dream Team and Michigan Top 100.  He lists his greatest personal sports thrill as hitting a buzzer-beating, game-winning shot to beat Milan High School for his school's coming home game.
