Trame began her coaching career at Hiram College, where she spent two seasons as an assistant coach. She played a key role in founding Hiram’s developmental program, helping recruit athletes and lay the foundation for long-term program growth. During her time with the Terriers, the team reached back-to-back NCAC Tournament appearances, including a semifinal finish in 2023.

In 2025, Trame joined Defiance College as an assistant coach and served as head coach of the reserves team. During her first season, the program improved its overall record and earned a conference tournament appearance. She played a key role in recruiting and program operations, helping manage the team’s overall structure while developing players and supporting team culture.

Before coaching, Trame was a four-year starter and defensive specialist at the University of Rio Grande (NAIA), where she served as a two-year team captain and earned three NAIA Scholar-Athlete Awards.

Trame holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Rio Grande and a master’s degree in sport management from Hiram College. A Toledo native and graduate of Central Catholic High School, she is excited to return home and lead the Owens volleyball program, helping student-athletes grow as players, leaders, and individuals both on and off the court.
