Prior to Owens: Kortokrax was named First Team All-PCL, First Team All-Northwest Ohio and First Team All-District at Kalida. As a senior, he led Kalida to a D-III district championship.He played for coach Mark Czabik. Kortokrax was also a four-year member of the basketball team at Kalida. Academically, he was an honor roll student.
