2012-13: Taylor averaged 8.1 points, 5.1 assists, 2.2 rebounds  and just over two steals per game in her only year with the Express, as she signed with NCAA D-II Kentucky State following the season.

Taylor, while leading the team in assists, totaled 211 points, 58 rebounds, 132 assists, 61 steals and five blocks as a freshman. She had 19 starts and played in 26 games.

Prior to Owens: A native of Mount Morris, MI, Taylor brings a championship pedigree and an accomplished individual background. She was part of Flint Hamady's 2010 state championship team, and she led the Genessee Area Conference, as well as the state of Michigan, in triple doubles and steals her senior year. Additionally, she was second in the state in assists.

Moreover, Taylor had five triple doubles and eight games of double digit steals her senior year while averaging 12 points and 8.7 assists per game as a team captain. Taylor also ran track and played volleyball, where she was a three year captain and unanimous decision First Team All-GAC her senior year.

As a senior, the Flint Journal named Taylor Second Team All-Area and described her as follows: "Taylor's all-around game was invaluable to the Hawks' success this season. Capable of scoring when needed, Taylor also tallied multiple triple-doubles this season.

Personal: Nandi is the daughter of Mark Taylor and Mary McGee. She has one brother, Mark Taylor Jr.
